All General Whitegoods was established in early 1990 by two NSW born and raised appliance technicians, whom both strived to provide efficient repairs in the local suburban areas of Western Sydney. With years of knowledge and experience under their belt, the drive and aspiration to expand and create a reliable local business began. It was then AGWS was born and continue to operate to this day!
Over the last 36 years, the business has grown to employ over 60 staff and amass a fleet of over 20 company vehicles. Since inception, we have become authorised service agents for over 20 manufacturers, many of which are well known such as LG, BSH, Subzero Wolf and ILVE. Under these brands, we have been able take pride in providing quality service, repairs and maintenance under both manufacturer warranty and extended warranty companies.
All our repairs and installations are held to a high standard of quality and conform to manufacturers specifications and safety requirements. Our service technicians are all fully qualified and trained by manufacturers. Our fleet of service vehicles on the road are stocked with the most commonly used spare parts to avoid additional costs and lengthy delays for general repairs. Major parts required to repair an appliance may take 5 or more working days for us to receive after ordering then a return visit can be organised.
We can also design specific maintenance programs to suit your individual requirements ranging from general maintenance checks and reports, to programs that cover all labour costs for a yearly period on all your equipment.
