Our Call centre will contact you shortly to arrange a suitable day for your service.

What time will the Technician come?

On the day of Service, before 8am, a text message will be sent to your mobile with the approximate time the technician will call. If you do not have a mobile, please call us on 02 8788 8666 to confirm approximate time.

If the time is not suitable, please call our office to rebook your call. A $44 fee will apply if you are not at home when our technician calls.

Manufacturer and Extended Warranty

Manufacturer and Extended Warranty companies stipulate Proof of Purchase must be shown to the Technician for the Service Call to be covered by warranty. If proof of purchase is not available, payment will be required on the day of service.

If the fault is not covered by Manufacturer or Extended Warranty standard call charges will apply. Our service charges are $99 (inc. GST) for the Service Call and $22 (inc. GST) for each 10 mins of Labour plus parts if required. Our service vehicles stock a comprehensive range of parts but if parts are required to be ordered you will not be charged for a second service call.

Preferred service date

Our call centre will confirm your service date by the method you nominated above. If your preferred day cannot be accommodated, our Call Centre will contact you to arrange an alternate date.

When will we confirm your service booking

Our Business Hours are 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri. We will respond to your enquiry ASAP but generally within 3 business hours.
