TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE

 

  1. Any account not paid within the time specified on the invoice or seven (7) days of delivery will be liable for interest at the rate of 15% per annum and such interest will be added to the account (capitalized) at the end of each month and form part of the principal debt.

 

  1. Any account outstanding for more than sixty (60) days will be liable to meet in full the seller’s debt recovery, legal costs and/or commissions and internal accounting charges (‘recovery fees’) and such will be added to the buyers account and form part of the principal debt.

 

  1. Title to any goods purchased does not pass at law and remains the property of All General Whitegoods Service until settlement is made in full, if payment is not made in full during the time specified we have the right to enter your premises to retake possession of the goods, without liability for trespass or damage.

 

  1. Acceptance of our goods, services or quotation is an automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY ON WORK PERFORMED

 

  1. Invoice must be presented to serviceman on request.

 

  1. Manufacturer Warranty does not cover no fault found, if fault is due to an installation fault, or due to customer misuse if any of these diagnoses made, service must be paid by the customer on the day of service.

 

  1. Thirty (30) day Warranty on repairs carried out.

 

  1. Ninety (90) day Manufacturers Warranty on parts fitted.  However, you will be charged for labour and service call fees during the Manufacturer’s parts warranty period.

 

  1. All repairs to be paid for on completion/day of service if not a $27.50 (includes GST) account fee will be automatically incurred.

 

  1. Authorised accounts waiver the account fee, however must be organised prior to service.

 

  1. AGWS will not accept liability for food spoilage.

 

  1. Due to increasingly difficult types of installations, we have found it necessary to advise customers that we will take the utmost care with products & their surrounding area, but cannot accept liability for any damage incurred.

 

  1. No CASH refunds issued, any refund must be authorised and be processed by our Accounts Team.

 

 

ALL GOODS LISTED REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF
